Your Attitude is Contagious

Attitude is contagious, is yours worth catching? Consider this – your attitude towards anything can work with you towards your goals and dreams, and can lead you to accomplish things you didn’t think were possible. OR conversely, your attitude can work against you and limit your potential, which keeps you in a spiral of negative attitude.

It’s also contagious in that your attitude affects others – whether it’s family, friends, or co-workers. If your positive attitude today makes one person smile then isn’t it worth it? I think so. Remember that you may only be one person to the world, but to one person you may be the world.

So which one do you choose? Yes, it is a choice! If you want to live your best life, it’s an easy choice. Choose a positive attitude.

  1. Hey Kevin,

I totally agree that our attitude is contagious and your post has brought me more awareness of my attitude towards life and my work, my family, myself, and of course my goals and dreams. I certainly believe our mindset allows us to accomplish things that we may at first judge to be impossible or unattainable.

And I did, at once limit my potential and this kept me in a spiral of negative attitude. So I had to find more positive friends and I started seeking positive messages and motivation.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for the polite reminder that it is a choice – to have a positive or negative attitude.

    1. Hi Delles,

Thanks so much for posting a little bit about yourself and how a change in attitude affected your life so positively. It certainly is a choice.

Some days it can take us a little longer to realize this than others…and that’s ok. I think we all get into a negative spiral sometimes, but it’s important to step back for a moment and be aware/mindful of how a negative attitude not only affects ourselves, but others too. Then try to turn on that “choice switch” to a positive attitude! It’s a conscious choice to update our negative programming (subconscious).

I enjoyed reading your comment…it made my day.

      -Kevin
